This student semester project focuses on the creation of immersive, interactive, and engaging virtual environments. It serves as a demonstration of various tools available in Unreal Engine 5, showcasing the utilization of Lumen, World Building, lighting, Materials, and Blueprints.
Throughout the project demo, we explore the capabilities of Lumen, which enhances visual realism by providing dynamic global
illumination. The World Building feature enables the construction of detailed and expansive virtual worlds, allowing for creativity and imaginative exploration. By leveraging advanced lighting techniques, we create depth, atmosphere, and a heightened sense of realism in the virtual environment.
The project also highlights the use of Materials to achieve lifelike textures, reflections, and visual properties, enhancing the overall visual quality. Additionally, the incorporation of Blueprints empowers us to implement interactive elements, gameplay mechanics, and immersive experiences within the virtual environment.
Through this student semester project, we aim to showcase the potential of Unreal Engine 5 in creating visually stunning virtual environments that captivate users and push the boundaries of realism.
